Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Vivigent website and purchasing Vivigent products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website or purchase our products.
Products and Services
Vivigent LLC manufactures and sells purpose-built, sealed AI co-worker appliances designed for on-premise deployment of the Felix AI Co-Worker Platform. All appliances are built to order and sold exclusively through this website.
Product descriptions, images, and pricing on this website are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately but do not guarantee that product images exactly match the delivered product.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Each appliance purchase includes a mandatory 1st Year Hardware Maintenance fee, calculated as 10% of the hardware price. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Purchase Agreement
All purchases require acceptance of the Vivigent Hardware Purchase and Maintenance Agreement prior to payment. This agreement governs the terms of your hardware purchase, warranty coverage, and maintenance service. The purchase agreement is presented during checkout and must be accepted before proceeding to payment.
Tamper-Evident Security Seals
All Vivigent appliances are shipped with tamper-evident security seals. Breaking, removing, or tampering with any seal immediately and permanently voids the hardware warranty and maintenance coverage. The appliance is a sealed, purpose-built system — customers purchase a capability, not components.
Export Restrictions
Vivigent AI co-worker appliances are sold exclusively within the United States and cannot be exported.
All orders must ship to a valid United States address. Vivigent does not sell to, ship to, or authorize resale to addresses outside the United States. By placing an order, you confirm that the appliance will be used within the United States and will not be exported, re-exported, or transferred to any foreign country or foreign national.
Violation of this restriction may result in order cancellation, warranty voiding, and may subject the purchaser to legal penalties under applicable US export control laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivigent LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the purchase price of the applicable appliance(s). Vivigent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
