Return Eligibility
Vivigent accepts returns of AI co-worker appliances within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- All tamper-evident security seals must be intact and unbroken. Appliances with broken, removed, or tampered seals are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
- The appliance must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Vivigent prior to shipping the return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at sales@vivigent.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will issue an RMA number and provide return shipping instructions.
- Pack the appliance securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided with the RMA number clearly marked on the outer packaging.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance, as Vivigent is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Tamper-Evident Security Seals
All Vivigent appliances are shipped with tamper-evident security seals. These seals are a critical component of our warranty and return policy. Breaking, removing, or tampering with any seal immediately and permanently disqualifies the appliance from return eligibility. This policy exists because Vivigent appliances are sealed, purpose-built systems — our customers purchase a capability, not components.
Non-Returnable Items
- Appliances with broken or tampered security seals
- Appliances returned without an RMA number
- Appliances returned after the 30-day return window
- Appliances not in their original packaging
