Built-to-Order Appliances

All Vivigent AI co-worker appliances are built to order. When you place an order, assembly of your appliance begins promptly to meet our 5–7 business day delivery commitment.

Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before the appliance has shipped. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@vivigent.com with your order number.

Because appliance assembly begins immediately upon order placement, a 5% restocking fee applies to all cancelled orders. This fee covers the cost of materials allocated and labor expended during the build process.

The remaining balance (95% of the total order amount) will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days of the cancellation confirmation.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once an appliance has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the appliance after it has been delivered, please refer to our Return Policy.
